Legislate for a mandatory 1.5 metres minimum passing distance of cyclists and horse riders by motorists. More safe pedestrians crossings (raised table and treatment of unsigalised slip lanes). Campaign to ensure motorists accessing driveways give way to pedestrians on the footpath. Stiffer penalties for motorists causing the deaths of active transport users.
